Terms & Conditions

1. We understand that the sleeping details are as stated in the individual property descriptions.
2. The number of persons occupying a property must not exceed the maximum occupancy level stated in the individual property description without prior consent of the owner. The owners reserve the right to terminate occupancy of the property without notice or refund in the case of breach of this contract.
3. There will be a 20% non-refundable deposit payable when booking.
4. We agree to pay the final balance no later than 6 weeks prior to the commencement date of the rental period. Where booking is made less than 6 weeks before the arrival the full rental is to be paid when booking.
5. We will not bring pets, or allow pets into the accommodation. Unless with prior arrangement.
6. The towels provided are for use in the property only. If beach towels are required please bring them with you.
7. We agree to allow entry during our stay to allow our managing agents for cleaning and maintenance.
8. We will respect the non-smoking policy in the Black Cat Equestrian Centre and Lodges.

Additional: You are advised to take out holiday insurance. All information given will only be used with reference to your booking or enquiry concerning accommodation.
